samsung a52 5g

Hi. i recently purchased the samsung A52 5g however last few days iv been having issues with whats app voice calls.. the other person can barely hear me and the voice is distorted. i did clear cache and it did solve the issue few days ago however the issue has come back. does any1 know if its a software issue?

That's interesting as mine was recording voice messages and when I sent them they were then turning into 1 second messages...I had to reboot my phone to get it to work properly..also keeps testing me my memory card Is faulty so been taking out and reporting on
