Samsung A52 5G microphone issue?

Hi

I am having a problem when I am on a phone call the people on the other end suddenly stop hearing me but I can still hear them, I take it this is something to do with the phones microphone is there a fix for this or do I send my phone back?

Hi

If you are on a call and suddenly, the person you are talking to can't hear you,
then the problem may be caused due to network issue

You could
Check Volume settings
Also
When on the samsung members page

Click on the get help button
At the bottom of the page

And click on interactive
And run a mic test

If u talking about being on call on WhatsApp then yeh that's because when the screen goes off it turns yer mic off so best way is to don't let the screen go off

Its a common issue with this model... can they not hear you at all or is it a crackling mumbling sound that other person can hear?
