SAMSUNG A51 STUCK AT STARTUP LOGO

My Samsung A51 automatically restarted and stuck at Samsung logo not switching off when tried for hard reset same error not going to recovery mode

that happened when I put that cursed wallpaper on my S7 but I am on a Galaxy A20e try pressing power and volume down at the same time IMMEDIATELY

I had the same issue too but don't worry because it's pretty easy to fix. Just hold down the power button, volume up and down together until the screen turns off. I don't why this keeps on occuring with the Samsung A51
