Purchased the A51 less than 4 weeks ago, and screen went black while my wife was playing a word game. We went through the factory reset procedure to no avail so we have to send the phone back to Samsung. Samsung support has been great but sounds like a hardware issue with the phone. Hope this is not a widespread issue due to both my wife and I have this model.
