Samsung A51 screen color issue

Sometimes in my Samsung A51 screen color changes and it becomes of different color tone after i unlock my phone through fingerprint unlock. again if i switch of scrren and switch on everything becomes normal. Why so? please assist

Hi there. The same issue after the update, the screen seems so cheap and low quality colors always.
The device had the same issue but only sometimes when i first bought it but with an update alla were ok.
Now, with the last upadte the carbage screen became PARMANENT.
Samsung do u hear us?
Has anyone found a solution to undo this catastrophic update?

Really pathetic service from samsung,such a well known brand with no solution. Really pathetic. Is it a display problem on all a51 devices?

I even tried contacting Samsung live chat but they think that I am faking it and do not believe this problem exisists, I wanted to spread the news about this issue faster so Samsung can improve it faster
Is this official Samsung website??

Does your brightness act weird when  unlocked using fingerprint?

My brightness is OK but since last update I have this same problem with faded grey colors!

No, they were just rude on Live chat and told me to go to service in my town.

brightness is OK. The problem is the the hole screen has now a faded awful quality tone.

Samsung should replace our devices, new model is giving such probelms. 😡😡

Is this Samsung official site? Can we report this bug somewhere else? I wrote on their facebbok page too, no answer yet.

Has anyone tried going back to Factory settings?
