Samsung A50

I own a Samsung A50. I started using it a month ago when my old phone had some issues. When I receive a call, the display doesn't turn on automatically. I need to unlock the phone and swipe down the notification tray to accept or reject the call. It ends up taking me a considerable amount of time and more often than not I end up missing the call. 

How do I solve this?

Maybe change the setting in "answering & ending calls" there's an option to "press volume up" to answer.
Check your settings for "call display while using apps" my a50 is on "pop up"
Also look at "call background" & "other call settings" settings.

Quickest way to all those are "phone> 3dots>settings"
