I bought a new A40 last September and come May this year it stopped charging. Being in lockdown I bought a new A40 from Argos, being the only place to have 'click and collect', Is it worth getting the old one fixed or just leave it

@MrDibble: Have you tried the charger that came with your new A40 on your old phone, to see if the issue persists? If it fails to charge with multiple chargers/cables, and if it is less than 24 months old, then you do have the option of seeking a warranty repair. If it is software or hardware related then the repair will be free of charge, however if the issue is deemed to be the result of physical/liquid damage, or an unauthorised modification, then a cost will be applicable. If you'd like to go ahead, reach out to our Help Desk via the link below, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further.
