Samsung A33 5g and wifi calling on talkmobile

No option for wifi calling on phone so asked network provider.  Talk mobile have told me that wifi calling hasn't been enabled by Samsung on the A33 is this correct?

@SarahG13 Hello, I understand that the Wifi calls option appears as long as the mobile phone company supports this technology. It is likely that your company does not support Wifi calls and, therefore, the Wifi Calls option on your phone is not present. Greetings.

Calling Over Wi-Fi is a network driven feature @SarahG13 

So if they have this phone listed as an eligible supported model then ask your network to send an Over The Air Configuration [ OTA ] to your phone to get this turned On.

In some Network apps this is available as a turn on setting too.

They are still saying that Samsung haven't enabled it for this phone on their network yet...who do you believe?

I'm on o2 Payg and o2 won't turn it on for me as I'm not on the right tariff.

If it was a Samsung driven feature it would be just turned on.
