So my phone is supposed to be getting the android 11 update in July but it's nearly end of July and all it's had is the security patch update 2 months ago.. anyone know when it's happening? I'm in Scotland and on Giffgaff if it helps...
That is a device meant for the Japan market so you will not get an OTA update. A manual search shows Android 10 is the latest for that model https://samfw.com/firmware/SCV43?page=1
If it will ever get updated, I have no way of knowing.
