Samsung A20e storage issue

Can anybody help please,issue past week storage nearly full,have done the following

Soft reset 

Cleared cache

Cleaned Apps

Deleted apps

Deleted photo's

Transferred stuff to sd card

Am now ready to stamp on the phone,it is still saying storage nearly full😬😬😬

Do a factory reset, make sure your setting etc are saved and restore

I did this. It gradually filled up again and I have to clear caches every few days just to keep it at 98% full. I'm going to have to buy an iPhone I guess! I can't do anything to get more available space!!!

Good luck. No one knows how to remedy this. I've seen posts saying Samsung wouldn't help. I've decided to get a different brand of phone.
