Samsung a15 video not supported

Whether it's a video made on the phone or sent over what's app the message of not supported video codec appears can anyone help

Now I'm having the same problem to my A15 and my phone is updated as well. It was all fine until I updated my phone on November 4th. Have you solved your problem? May I know what did you do to your A15?

I am also facing same issue with videos saying "file not supported" in Samsung own camera videos, youtube and snapchat. These apps have glitches when I use from Samsung A15. Lastly its updated on 1st November and no more updates there, I also restarted phone many times and downloaded new media players. Nothing works. dont know how samsung f*ucked up here.

I know I'm really late but the same is happening to me but everything on my device is updated so I don't know what to do

Mine just happened like an hour ago 😭, I made a video with THIS phone and THIS PHONE would only play the background audio.
I just checked my device but it's updated, I also checked the device care in settings and scanned all my apps, it says there's nothing wrong so I'm kinda lost now. I'm just going to delete the videos then.
