Hi guys n gals.
Bought 2 A14 yesterday.
Lovely phone, when we record video it comes up with format not recognised.
Have the camera set to store on sdcard.
512gb card formatted exFAT.
It's driving us crazy as we videos our new grandson and the video won't play.
The thumbnail is there but it wont play.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
