Hi Do I have to keep my data on all the time?

@chickabindy: I wouldn't recommend keeping your mobile data on all the time, unless you have an unlimited data plan with your mobile network. Typically, I would advise using Mobile Data when you're outside the range of a Wi-Fi router, to avoid any unnecessary usage or potential charges.

No. You can turn it on only as and when required to save allowances - ie: if out, to check emails / if a app needs access to Internet, and if you're not somewhere that offers free WiFi (or home).
I have mine on all the time but I'm on a plan with 180gb a month so no risk of going over.
