Has anyone had problems with turning the NFC option on for there Samsung A12 ?

When I speak to Samsung they say it should be under more connections but there is no option.

It should be in the swipe down menu from the home screen.

UPDATE !!

So I have spoken with Samsung UK and they are superb. Also better than the online chatbots

It turns out my phone was never made for the UK market. They checked the serial number and its from Ghana 🇬🇭.
So word of warning be very careful when you buy phones from amazon.

I now have to co tact Amazon on Monday and ask why they are selling phones not fit for the UK.
