Could I start a dialogue with anyone who has a Samsung galaxy A12 please?

It may sound silly but I am kind of addicted to Galaxy themes but since upgrading to the A12 I no longer have access to any new video themes nor any that I previously purchased x I am a bit disappointed to be honest because on my old phone A10 the video themes are still available on an older version of themes. I am just trying to establish if everyone is in the same boat x

Are we to give each other condolences. I can’t even get the SIM card in so you’re probably better off without my technical advice. The charging plug that came in box doesn’t fit a std U.K. plug socket, but, you can use the cable with an Apple iPads/iPhone

std chg plug part (not sure what it’s called) via USB. 

Is that enough dialogue for ya?!
