Phone updated several times in last 48 hours, phone unusable as touchscreen no longer works the following error message is displayed "Messenger isn't optimised for the latest version of Android. Screen touches may be delayed or not recognised"

 

I can not use the phone at all, I can unlock phone and that is it, it comes up with that error message, I cannot get on the Internet, access phone or any apps

 

HELP (I am using my Samsung tablet)

Options

Try hooking upto Samsung smart-switch  to see if you can resolve this way.

If you can get to the factory reset Section do that.

If all that fails then a Samsung Service Centre will help.
