Does anyone else find their camera is too zoomed in? Can someone help me fix this problem? My Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok photos and videos are appearing too zoomed in.

This is my normal front facing camera that is zoomed in by the way. Any help will be appreciated

Hi Queen96

I also have a Samsung Galaxy A12 and I have not had any problem with the front facing/back camera but here are some tips.
1) try zooming out
if that doesn't work then try do a soft reset

Note: A soft reset will NOT erase any data but you should still back your phone up just in case

to do a soft reset hold the power and volume down key together for 10 or 12 seconds the phone will then restart and any small bugs should be gone.

Hello, i just bought mine a few days ago and i am facing this problem, is there any way to fix this? I tried this suggestion but it does not work sadly
