Samsung A10S is heating on top if I mobile internet or wi-fi turn on.

I have two smartphone Samsung A10S and one issue for both, wen I charge them, they heating, but it happend only when internet is turn on, wi-fi or mobile internet, if I turn off internet phones almost unheating.
