Samsung A10 stuck on boot screen

Hi! My nan's A10 is stuck on the boot screen. Is there any way to resolve this? Thanks!

Hi @Jordan123, I recommend trying a soft reset to see if the phone responds (no data will be lost). To do this, press and hold the Side and Volume Down keys together for around 10-15 seconds.
