Samsung A04 vertical lines on screen

Hi,

Bought a Samsung A04 in December. Just last week vertical lines started appearing. Why is that ? What can I do to fix it?

I did not drop the phone. Phone did not get wet.

It's worth doing some tests first to see if it's an app or Theme that is causing the problem.
I suspect its something like that looking at the photo.
If you go into the phone app and dial the following symbols *#0*#
Along the top, you will see 3 colour tabs.
When you tap on these, do the lines disappear?

Alternatively, start your phone up in safe mode and see if they dissappear

If they do disappear, then it's likely to be an app or theme.

If so, it may be worthwhile clearing the cashe Partition of the phone

If in the tests the lines remain, then go back to the retailer if bought second hand or contact Samsung Customer Support if bought new

Yeah trying running phone diagnosis and check all features, if you still have receipt I would be straight to where it was purchased.

Hi i had the similar problem whith Tablet Samsung galaxy S8 + from the first Day.After a few calls whith tech suport i was redirectat to the shop department and i manage to get a replace..not 14 days pased from the purchased day...was a screen defect..and my device have instalez glas protector screen and în a case straight from the box...
