un samsun galaxy a54 5g and they are supposed to give me some galaxi buds 2 with the promotion, should you give me a code or something similar? How long do I have to wait or what do I have to do?

I think you are supposed to claim the promotion form to get you samsung galaxy buds 2 it will be different depending on your region but since this is the uk community I will go find the link now and post an update



Update: I did some digging I could not find a link but I did see this on o2 website for the promotion

Once the Qualifying Purchase is made customers will receive a unique voucher code via SMS after 30 days of purchase to claim one (1) free pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2 as listed in Table 1 below (the “Gift”) upon purchasing a new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung Smartphone listed in Table 1 (each a “Promotion Product”) from O2 within the Promotion Period, subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

@Zhou: I can confirm that we do not have any active promotions which offer a set of Galaxy Buds2 with purchases of the Galaxy A54 5G. Depending on where you purchased the phone from, please reach out to the relevant retailer directly, and they will be able to advise you of the claims process.

Samsung bro, I got my phone from o2 and I was ment to get galaxy buds 2 but I never got them. I really want them but don't know what to do

@smasnug: The full details of the O2 promotion have kindly been included in the reply above by @Fizaan. In short, you will receive a voucher code via SMS message 30 days after the purchase date, which you can use to purchase the Buds on the O2 website. I hope this help.
