Router/tethering galaxy a50

Hi,I encountered a problem with my phone. When  I activate the router or tethering the second device (PC,tablet ecc...) connects perfectly but it appears a message saying:"connected without internet". In all of this around 3 weeks ago it worked perfectly. Can it be a phone problem or a SIM problem?

I am having the same problem. Sometimes my tethering is switched on and within 2 minutes the internet stops working on my tablet devices. I have great diffuculty trying to contact samsung for help as I cant seem to reach anyone. my phone is 6 months old so should still be in warrenty. But stuck for getting support.
