@Rob4janes: Is your issue occurring in all apps, or just certain ones? When you rotate to Landscape, are you making sure to turn the device so the Volume Up/Down and Side Keys are facing upwards? If you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom and toggle Auto rotate off, then on again via the Quick Panel, does this help?
