My Samsung A12 screen has stopped rotating to landscape even though the auto-rotate is selected. Any suggestions?

Try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @Rob4janes

@Rob4janes: Is your issue occurring in all apps, or just certain ones? When you rotate to Landscape, are you making sure to turn the device so the Volume Up/Down and Side Keys are facing upwards? If you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom and toggle Auto rotate off, then on again via the Quick Panel, does this help?
