Ring Tone

Hello, can someone possibly help me please? 

I have a Samsung Galaxy A10. I'm about to smash it off the wall!!

Any time my mobile phone rings it plays 2 ring tones? I don't know what I've done but I can't seem to fix it. Plus when I answer the phone it still plays 1 of the tones & I have to ask the person who has called me to wait for 15/20 seconds before I can speak with them? If someone could help me I'd be genuinely grateful as I'm at my witts end & I'm going crazy 🙃😡😡🙏🤞

Please double check in your sounds and vibration settings.

Also via settings > apps > phone > storage > Clear Cache to see if that helps.

I never ever put my mobile phone on Vibrate. I will try to go into my settings and try what you have said. Thanks again 👍
