Usa anche una torcia solo per vedere se non ci sono detriti nella porta del telefono.
Assicurati inoltre che la parte USB-C sia inserita saldamente.
Se ancora non funziona, prova a sostituire il telefono e l'auricolare durante un periodo di riflessione pertinente. Non dovresti avere a che fare con problemi così presto per possedere il telefono.

' That's not good ! Can you test the earphones in another phone and test another set on your phone ? Also use a torch just to see if there is no debris in the phone's port. Also ensure the usb-c part is firmly pushed on. If it still won't work then look at swapping out the phone and headset under any relevant Cooling Off Period.
