I really hope someone here could help me. I recently purchased a new Samsung A71 , hoping to use it as a camera for my video blogs. When connecting a BOYA wireless microphone to the Samsung, I could not record audio when using the camera. Important to say - I am able to record voice, using the voice recorder with this external microphone (USB-C Interface) . The phone definitely recognizes it. But when trying to capture video (using the Samsung Camera or any other app) - I get no sound recorded at all. One more clarification - on my Samsung S9 this does work.
Can you help me figure this out ? I invested a lot of money to have this configuration.
