re headphone claim

Just bought the a71 and can claim the headphones but unable to put the order/receipt in the box as bought from sky. How do I do that as you can't upload the confirmation email.

I bought mine from currys and the emailed receipt i got i just took a screen shot of it and sent them the screen shot and that was accepted aslong as they can see the date etc hope this helps

did you send the screen shot as a separate email or did you try using the claim part in the members section

I went through the members app

just had the same issue and after an hour on the phone with sky, I've used the contract number in the order/receipt box and downloaded the contract as a pdf as the proof of purchase

you also need the device imei number which can be found in the important information email sent by sky.
