RCS Registration Failed

I can't enable chat features and I don't know why. Simple as that and yet seemingly impossible to fix. Every time I try to enable chat features, I get the quick message of "REGISTRATION FAILED."

I've already attempted to Google the answer and I've searched through some posts on this community, but I can't find anything that fixes the problem. This has been for over a month now. I even let it sit for 2 weeks without trying until today. Obviously it still didn't work or else I wouldn't be here! Lol

This will also work for Samsung chat features. Sometimes it can take longer then 9 days.

Here is another link to deregister your phone number. Which can speed up the wait for it to register again.
