Hi,
We have approx 140 Galaxy phones (A51 and A52 models). A lot of users are complaining for a long time now that they experience random reboots. There a no maintenance reboot options enabled within the setings. There are even users that don't have additional apps installed but only the commen office apps we force with MS intune (Outlook, Whatapp, etc) and also experience reboots often. I had the idea to wait till andoid 13 upgrade but also with this update both models are still rebooting. I've witnissed it myself that a phone rebooted during a phone call, during navigation with Google maps and during an app update.
Is there anything known? Could it be a Knox/intune issue or is there anything known with this combination? We don't use knox only to connect the phones to intune. Within intune we have company owned device profiles.

Hello and welcome on the Samsung forum,
I think the best thing to do is to have all the users with this issue to submit a error report through the samsung members app > Support > Errorreports. Than the developers get the information they need to fix this issue.
