@Freyeesha: If you head to Apps > Voice Recorder, and record a short clip, does the issue persist? If not then the issue is likely to be stemming from the apps themselves, therefore please go to Settings > Apps > Select the relevant app > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data, then press the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the A71 restarts. If the issue persists, head to the Google Play Store to see if there are any updates available for the apps that might address the issue. You can also open the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Mic, and follow the on screen instructions. Does this return any errors?
