problems with apps stopping

Over the last few days every time I try to open my email it says gmail keeps stopping and it is happening with other apps to I have no idea why this is happening

@Shezzer46  Yes uninstall and then reinstall for temporary fix.

just done the system webview update etc after apps not working and it worked a treat.

I've got a Samsung galaxy s3 I had to uninstall my email and install it again ..it's working but no emails are showing...I cannot message anyone as that's not working ..so I might try and uninstall that to and reset it .
