I've Recently Done A System Update , But It Has Completely Messed Up My Phone, Keeps Switching Off & Screen Flickering , Any Tips ? ONLY Had It Less Than 2 Month

You could try a factory reset
NOTE
It will reset phone to default settings
But it will erase all saved data
And installed apps

I Was Thinking That Coz It Only Been Happening Since This System Update , Aslong As I Take Sim & SD Out Before I Reset I Shouldn't Lose Any stuff On My SD Or Sim , Thank You 😁

Before doing that clearing your cache partition should do the trick. Also, everything remains intact.

Firstly connect your phone to your PC using the charger cable
press and keep the Power key and the Volume Down key to light off the screen.After that hold down Volume Up and Power button until you see SAMSUNG logo.Then select Wipe cache partition. ...Now go to Yes option.At the end, choose the Reboot system now to activate the smartphone.
