Recently updated my A52 to one ui 6.1

Not even getting into the fact I don't like the ui changes .in the new update ive had a consistent problem of the screen showing static or bars of static. You can see the phone is still working behind the messed up screen and the static can scroll.

So far it's eventually sorted itself out or mostly after switching on and off but this is very inconvenient.

Would like to confirm that this is a one ui problem and not my phone just starting to give in, I did have a problem of the whole phone freezing a week or so before this update.
And any advice on fixes or workaround if anyone has had the same problem

If a phone is playing up after an update then a good troubleshooting step is  >

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If this does not, clear up the issue then try Safe Mode >

If necessary you can send Samsung feedback via your Samsung Members App @obi7841

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Ive had this problem too, after the latest security update. my phone was flickering and like glitchy static. i took it to a third party repair service and they said it was the update that caused this because they checked the screen and there was no damage or what so ever. they said they are gonna downgrade it. but at the cost of loosing my data. which is very bad since i got so many photos in my phone
