Problems receiving text messages - A51

Hi everyone,

My mom got a Samsung Galaxy A51. While she can send text messages out without a problem, she doesn't receive them unless her Wifi is on. So I can see the message she sent me - I can respond and it shows as it has gone through on my end, but she never receives it until she turns her wifi on. I can't figure out how to fix this! Any ideas?

@ToniaHolden: That's a strange one. If she enables Mobile Data instead of Wi-Fi, is she able to receive the messages? To troubleshoot the issue, if she has RCS Chat enabled on her device, ask her to open the Messages app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Chat Settings > Advanced Calling and Messaging, and disable the feature temporarily to see if this helps?
