Powerbank charging

Hi all, 

When i plug my Samsung galaxy a70 into my new power bank it does not charge my phone. The settings in the picture below wont let me change them and the power bank is in fact fully charged.

Does anyone have a solution?

If you change to "controlled by phone", do the options below open up and allow you to click "charge phone only?

no it won't let me change it at all

Darn it, hoped that would "open up" the greyed out section. 😮

Did you find a solution? I'm having the same problem. It won't allow me to change to This Phone.
