Pop up advertising.

Hi. On start up / unlock of my phone I get popup advertising which blocks me from answering calls. I have no interest in anything that appears and need to know how I stop this. The info attached suggests that these are pushed by Facebook but I have disabled every function that might be causing this and these still appear. Really annoying. Any advice gratefully received.

Hi @Maver56  It would seem that an app is causing this problem, you may be able to pinpoint ones which are causing a problem though it could also be malware.  See advice here https://www.samsung.com//support/mobile-devices/ads-found-on-galaxy-device/

Remove any 3rd party cleaning apps if you have any. Some of them actually have ad ware built in them.

Thank you Mitzzz999. I deleted a Walk Tracker app. That seems to have stopped the popups.
