Poor customer service A51

Hi there I don’t know if anyone else has had the same problem but my son’s A51 stopped working 31 days after we bought it. The screen went blank and when he switches it off and on all that comes up is the Samsung logo. 
went to my local service centre they were as bad as useful as a chocolate ashtray I’ve had we fix to my house four times and they still can’t fix it. 
got promised by the technician that somebody from Samsung was going to ring me up and sort this problem out but here I am a week later no phone call still waiting for them to ring me back. This phone is nearly 10 weeks old hasn’t worked for six of them Samsung are doing absolutely nothing about replacing it. 
as customer service goes I wouldn’t even rate it as Poor it’s been nothing short of a joke. If somebody from Samsung is reading this email please take note that I will never buy another Samsung product.
