Hopefully your not to late to claim as you purchased your phone nearly 3 months ago.

You might find the offer has expired after all it was almost 3 months ago, someone else on here may have another link for you to try. Alternatively you could contact customer service but tbh I wouldn't build your hopes up to high.

Hi @sodor. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.

It won't be possible to get your money back as you purchased it 3 months ago. If you don't like the A53. Then my guess is you will have to sell it via second shops like Cex.
