Play Store missing

Recently bought a second hand A10. Transfered all data via Smartswitch from old phone. When finished I noticed that the Play Store App was not there. Not showing on app list. Cannot do a factory reset, as it's not there. Even tried inputting my swipe login more than 15 times; this is supposed to auto factory reset, even that didn't work. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a fix? Thanks

Has it been hidden or disabled. Unsure of the settings for the A10 but that's the first place I'd check. Also check if Google Play services is installed.

Hi, I've looked; it's not hidden. As for disabled, without being able to find it, I'm unsure if it is or not. Google Play Services is there. For the moment I've downloaded the Amazon App Store. Can update some apps, only if I uninstall and install from there. Unfortunately the main apps, like banking etc, are not there. So still using my old phone for the moment. Really frustrating
