Some of my pictures have changed from the picture/photo,to a square with this icon thing.these are important photos, how can I get them back to normal &what is it & why would it have happened??
That is the QR code for that specific contact. It allows others to scan and add the number to their contacts. I only get this when I click on the QR code button. I'm not sure why your photos have changed to this. I guess you could try resetting it and if it doesn't allow you to then there may be a problem
