My partner has an A5 and sadly has to swap to an iPhone for work. She hates them but has no choice. So, she took sim out of a5 and has pictures in the Samsung cloud, but when she logs in to the account it says 0 pictures. She has tried to take the pictures off the phone via other methods but has had no success.. How can she get them off and why does it say there are 473 pictures in her account but they aren't there when she logs in?
