Where do you save your photos to @Dsp1973 ?
i.e
A sd card.
To your gallery.
To a vault such as Dropbox as one example.
Do you back up to Samsung Cloud or one of the Google Drive options ?
Did you back up before updsting which is best practice?
Samsung can't solve this here from the forum.
Please contact your countries Samsung Support Department and perhaps perform a few Google searches too.
