Phone not charging after software update.

Hello.

My A71 is around a month old from Amazon brand new, and received a software update yesterday. Since that update it will not charge at all, be it normal or super-fast charging.

Have you tried cleaning out the port ? Blow on it make sure there's no dust in there then restart your phone then try ? Also try charging with the phone off see if starts charging!

Mine is doing the same it does charge when I switch the phone off though?

I am 100% sure it is the update as it started right after the latest update.

Seems to work after a another few updates...
