Phone is slow

I have this phone for the last few months galaxy a13, 4g ram, 64 gb storage is lagging and is slow in compare to a12 that one of my friend has!! Any ideas why??

Have you tried running the diagnostics here on samsung members to see if anything is wrong with your device?

Of course i did and phone is up to date as well!! Still tho is lagging and slow!! I dont know wheter is the phone chip or something else

If it's up to date, then you have to find the nearest authorized service center or you can visit the sasmung site https://www.samsung.com/gr/ go to chat and choose the option 'Technical Support" .

I know that i have it as spare for work! I didnt expect high things but not like that!

It's the nacho or the simple one? Because the nacho is pretty good for entry level.
