Why does my phones data sometimes work really well but then other times work terribly?

Unstable network or WiFi signal is probably to blame.

Unfortunately many users suffer this from one to to another which is probably because of Network Congestion or mast issues or even weather conditions etc @DaL4zy1 

I use two different network sim cards in my phone so if one networks speeds are fluctuating I can switch to the other which is hopefully more stable.
