Hi @Yiacon whilst previous thread indicated samsung Pay was not supported on A70 https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/Mobile-Apps-Services/Samsung-Pay-not-found-on-A70/td-p/1185895 it is on the list of devices on the samsung site https://www.samsung.com/uk/samsung-pay/
If not preloaded you should be able to dowload from Galaxy Store, however please note that not all credit/debit cards are supported. An alternative which has more partners is Google Pay
Both services will ask you for the default payment card when you set it up, here is more information Set Up Samsung pay Set Up Google Pay
