Panoramic photos, why are my A51 panoramic photos coming out like this please?

Try a different camera. I mean , you have 4 cameras on the back . Try doing a panoramic photo with the "12 MPixels ultra wide " camera ( the bottom camera; not the one under the flash )

Let me know if it made any difference

The default when opening camera is ultra wide angle, if I select wide angle in panorama mode it fixes the problem. Thanks.
