other folder

hi everyone i have got a Samsung a21s on android 11 when i go into internal storage and click on analyse storage there is a 'other 'folder that's using 2gb of storage  is there any way i can get into this other folder to delete this 2  gb of storage its using many thanks

This will contain things such as app data so not advisable to delete.

Hi. I had a similar issue with the 'Other' folder. Here is what actually worked for me in clearing the 'Other' folder; 

1) Backup everything on the phone to Google Drive, i.e. Contacts, Messages,  photos, apps etc.

 2) Perform a factory reset on the phone. This  will clear the trash accumulated in the 'Other' storage listed in the 'My Files'. Then, all you need to do is sign into your Google Account again, and use the 'Backup & Restore' option to restore your phone from Google Drive, which will restore everything, minus the trash accumulated in storage.
