@Jwoorr: Are you using the official charger and plug socket adapter that came with the device? If you head to Settings > Device Care > Battery > Charging, is Fast Charging enabled? Try connecting to your charger with this option toggled on and off, and let me know if you're able to establish a charge.

If you're able to establish a charge via USB on your home computer, but not via a wall socket adapter, then this suggests a potential issue with your existing adapter. @Jwoorr: I can't comment on third party charger compatibility, however based on the nature of your query it would be beneficial to reach out to our Help Desk in order to explore your repair options, or look at arranging a replacement charging cable/adapter. If you're on network contract then that's fine, as we can accept a copy as proof of purchase.
