One UI 7 on A54 - worth updating?

The One UI 7 update has been available for my phone for a while now, but I've been putting it off after seeing some of the bug reports on here. Have there been any patches to fix some of the issues, and is it worth updating now or holding off for a more stable release? The update prompts are getting a bit bothersome 😂

I had A56 on trial and it received Android 7. The phone was ok after that, I didn't experience any blackout or screen of death. After it received the update it had a couple of days when it was lagging but after that couple of days it worked ok. You are getting AI features, tools for real-time translation and interpretation, smart summarization of text and calls, generative photo editing like object removal and background fill, and enhanced voice assistants with contextual awareness and conversational abilities. These features also extend to personalized display and security enhancements, with AI optimizing picture settings, providing security features like fraud detection, and enabling AI-generated wallpapers and themes.

Thanks, this is good to know! Is there much control over the AI features (I.e. can they be enabled/disabled individually)? I'm pretty AI agnostic and try to keep my use of it very intentional so am also intrigued about whether these tools will cause bloat 🤔

You can go to your account on your phone>Galaxy AI>Advanced Intelligence >process data only on device, although this to keep you out of the external AI servers.
I don't think this AI will bloat your phone, you don't have to use them if you don't want to.

As a completion, I had to return the phone so I am no aware of the latest updates, but the A series should've received monthly security updates and hopefully some bug fixes too.

Yeah, u probably should, tbh the one ui 7 skin is probably gonna be hard to get used to, but its such a nice design so id say go for it dude
